Earlier this month, as part of the annual billing cycle, the Royal College learned that some members experienced issues when accessing and attempting to complete membership transactions on our website. Following extensive analysis, problem solving and testing, we have successfully fixed some key issues to improve system performance. While close to 33 per cent of members have paid their fees, we are aware that approximately two per cent of users continue to experience an interruption in service when attempting to complete their payments online.
For members who have successfully paid their fees for the 2024-2025 billing cycle, we thank you. No further action is required on your part.
For members who have not yet paid their fees, the Royal College is working diligently with our external software technology partners to resolve the outstanding issues as quickly as possible. Once solutions are in place and we are confident the issues have been resolved, we will reach out to you by email with confirmation that you can proceed with payment.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience and frustration that these unforeseen challenges may have caused. Recognizing that the technology has not been functioning as expected, the Royal College has extended the deadline to receive your payment to May 31.
