Dr. Randy Guzman graduated with his Medical Doctorate in 1983. He then completed a residency in General Surgery in 1990, followed by a fellowship program in Vascular Surgery at the University of Manitoba. He completed his training in 1991.
Dr. Guzman has been in clinical practice for over 25 years. Currently, he is head of the Vascular Surgery Training Program at the University of Manitoba. He is also regional lead of Vascular Surgery for the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and the site medical manager of the Department of Surgery at St. Boniface Hospital. More

Aaron Chiu, MD, FRCPC, FAAP, MBA (Winnipeg, MB)
Dr. Aaron Chiu is a Neonatologist at the Children’s Hospital of Winnipeg. He has been the Program Director for Pediatrics as well as for Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, and is the past Chair of the Neonatal Perinatal Medicine Subspecialty Committee of the Royal College. He completed his MBA in 2012 and is the Associate Dean, Quality Improvement and Accreditation at the Max Rady College of Medicine.
Dr. Chiu is a member of Board of Directors of Doctors Manitoba, and the MD Financial Holdings Inc. Board of Directors.
Kyle Cullingham, MD, FRCPC (Saskatoon, SK)
Dr. Kyle Cullingham graduated from the University of Western Ontario with his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology, then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Medical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at the University of Manitoba prior to attending Medical School at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine.
He completed his Dermatology residency training at the University of Saskatchewan, University of Alberta and University of Calgary and successfully passed his Royal College exam in 2016. He is very passionate about patient care and travelling.
He currently works at Bella Sante MD clinic in Saskatoon.
Jeniva Donaleshen, MD, FRCSC (Brandon, MB)
Dr. Jeniva Donaleshen is a General Surgeon, working at the Brandon Clinic Medical Corporation. She graduated with a Doctor of Medicine from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, and completed her General Surgery residency program at the University of Manitoba.
Mark Forsyth, MD, FRCSC (Dauphin, MB)
Dr. Mark Forsyth is a General Surgeon working at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre, and practices in rural Manitoba with a focus on laparoscopic surgery and endoscopy. He received his undergraduate degree and completed his residency in General Surgery at the University of Manitoba, and became Royal College certified in 2018.
Adjacently, he has a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at Brandon University, and a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Manitoba. Dr. Forsyth enjoys cycling, martial arts, boating, music, and spending time with his wife and two ‘spunky’ children.
Adeyemi Laosebikan, MD, BS, FRCS(Ed), FCS(SA), FRCSC (Melfort, SK)
Dr. Adeyemi Laosebikan graduated from the College of Medicine, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria in 1992 and completed his postgraduate surgical specialty training at the University of Kwazulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa in 2001.
He worked as a Specialist Surgeon at Grey’s hospital, Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal and as honorary lecturer in the Department of Surgery, University of Kwazulu-Natal in Durban, South Africa from 2001 to 2004 before moving to Melfort, Saskatchewan with his wife and two boys, in the latter part of 2004. He has since provided general surgical and endoscopic services, including ERCP, as a sole practitioner, to communities in the Northeast of Saskatchewan.
He is currently a Clinical Associate Professor at the College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan, and supports distributed learning in rural communities through teaching and mentoring nursing students, clinical clerks, and family medicine residents during their rural rotations, especially those in the Enhanced Surgical Skills program at the Victoria Hospital, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
Asma Nosherwan, MD, FRCPC (Saskatoon, SK)
Dr Asma Nosherwan is a neonatologist at the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Saskatoon. She has bachelors in Medicine and Surgery from Pakistan. Her post graduate Pediatric specialist training is from Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. She completed her Neonatal Perinatal fellowship from University of Alberta in 2017.
She is a fellow of pediatrics and neonatal perinatal medicine since 2018. She is a QI lead in the neonatal division, has active interest in resident training and resuscitation research.
Bonnie Richardson, MD, FRCPC (Regina, SK)
Dr. Bonnie Richardson is a Nephrologist based in Regina, Saskatchewan. She is currently an Associate Professor of Nephrology at the University of Saskatchewan, and is the Department of Medicine Area Lead. Her research areas are in Indigenous health, nephrology, and quality improvement.
Jayson Stoffman, MD, FRCPC (Winnipeg, MB)
Dr. Jayson Stoffman is a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist at the Children’s Hospital of Winnipeg and CancerCare Manitoba, and Associate Professor in the Department of Child Health, Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Dr. Stoffman is the current Program Director for their residency program in Pediatrics, and was previously the Program Director for the subspecialty residency program in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. He is the Chair of the Provincial Transfusion Practice Advisory Committee, and also serves as the Child Health representative on the Health Sciences Centre Transfusion Practice Committee. He has been a co-director of the pediatric hemophilia program in Manitoba since 2005, and in 2013 became the first Medical Director of the Manitoba Bleeding Disorders Program.
He has been an active member of the Association of Hemophilia Clinic Directors of Canada since 2006, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive, and in 2016, he was named Medical Liaison to the Canadian Hemophilia Society.
Dr. Stoffman also has an active interest in hemoglobinopathies, and is a Board Member and Medical Advisor for Sickle Circle Manitoba, the provincial patient advocacy organization.

Dr. Rebecca Schindle is an Emergency Physician at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, with an interest in Medical Education. She is the Program Director, Continuing Education& Professional Development for the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Max Rady College of Medicine and is a member of the Provincial Faculty for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
