Nominating Committee vacancies

The Royal College is recruiting Fellows to fill two mid-term positions on the Nominating Committee (NC). The NC plays a critical role in shaping the governance system of the Royal College.

The NC is responsible for nominating the President-Elect of the Royal College, as well as members of Council and the Executive Committee of Council. Depending on its activity cycle, the NC generally meets three or four times a year and may meet more often if mid-term vacancies need to be filled.

Two Fellows are needed to fill vacancies on the NC for the 2023-2027 term. There is one position open in each of the following regions:

• Region 4 (Québec) and
• Region 5 (Atlantic Canada).

All completed applications received by the deadline will be considered by the Executive Committee of Council in late May 2023. All Fellows who have knowledge, skills and/or experience in corporate governance and the work of boards and nominating committees or other equivalent knowledge and experience are encouraged to apply. • be prepared to upload your biography of approximately 300 words.
